We really had a wonderful stay at your Reef Club condo Thanksgiving week. We
have stayed in several units at the Reef Club over the years and found
your condo to be the nicest unit by far! My husband loved the 50" HD
plasma TV in the living room! It was hard to get him to leave the
condo when the football games were on!

I prepared a traditional Thanksgiving dinner for family living
nearby and found your kitchen to be very well stocked with bake ware
and utensils. I had brought several items from home that I just left
packed in van because you already had thought of providing them.

The computer was a hit with the kids, especially on the one rainy day
that we had. And I found it so convenient to have Internet access to
check for movie theaters close by and get directions while we were
there.

Our stay at the Reef club was absolutely perfect and we hope to return
again soon!

Hi Sherif,
Just wanted to let you now we are having a wonderful
time at your condo! The weather has been Great! We
have eaten every meal on the balcony and enjoyed
watching the ocean. The kids, Ken and I have played
tennis every day. We love the new floors in the
bedrooms. It makes them look a lot bigger. Also my
son is enjoying his new bedroom furniture. He said he
wants us to go home and get our dog and come back and
live here. Anyway we hope the kids will have this
same time off of school next year so we can come back.

Good day,

First of all, I would like to thank you for your kind words and consideration for me at the time of my mother's death. It was a difficult time, and your cooperation and flexibility is very much appreciated. The reimbursement for the unused time at your Reef Club was also very generous.

You have, on several occasions, asked for comments on our vacation. I have a few that I think you should be aware of.

1) Angela and Lisa at the Realty Company are two gems. They went out of their way to assist us any time that we called on them, and were genuinely concerned and apologetic when the dryer malfunctioned. I want you to know that they represent you in a most positive way.

2) The furniture updates were very nice, and the addition of the computer was a big hit with the grandchildren. (I even tried it a few times!!) The radio and rechargeable batteries was also a great idea.

Again, we enjoyed ourselves immensely at your Reef Club home, and are already looking forward to returning next year for three weeks during the same time period. I will be contacting you in a few weeks to confirm the dates and specifics. As always, it has been a pleasure doing business with you.
