Occupancy

Rates are based on -6 guests in 3 bedrooms

• Additional guests are $63.00 per person per week.
• Children 4 and under are free.
• There is a maximum of 8 persons.
• Cribs or highchairs can be rented at $50.00/week or rollaway at $68.00/week.

Payment

• $75 Departure Fee includes Cleaning and Local Telephone
• Please add 11% tax
• 10% surcharge will be added to rates for holiday weeks - Christmas, New Year's, Spring-Break, March-Break, Easter Holiday, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, and Thanksgiving.
• Reservations will be confirmed upon receipt of 25% of total reservation credit card (VISA, MASTERCARD, DISCOVER).
• Balance is due 90 days prior to arrival. All reservations must be in U.S. funds. We gladly accept personal checks, cashier's check, money order. No credit cards.

Security Deposit

• On arrival guests will be asked to provide a VISA, MasterCard and Discover imprint for a security deposit This security deposit will only be charged if damages occur

Cancellation

• Cancellation requires 90 days notice prior to arrival for full refund (less $200.00 administration Fee).
• No refunds on cancellations made less than 90 days prior to scheduled arrival date.

Check-in and Check-out

• Check-in is 4:00 p.m. Check-out is 10:00 a.m.

• 7-night minimum 
• Usually Saturday to Saturday Rentals- Please Inquire 

Pets

• Pets are NOT allowed in any of our Vacation Rentals.

Smoking

• Smoking is not allowed inside the condominium.
